The apartment is located at C/Nou de la Rambla 114-116. It is a sunny apartment with large exterior windows. It is the ideal apartment four a group of friends ot the whole family, with a capacity of up to 8 people.

It has an area of 78 m2, a large dining/living -room with 2 sofa-beds for 4 people, with flat screen TV, and DVD, fully eqquiped independent kitchen with all the kitchen appliances and utensils.

It has 2 double rooms and fully equipped bathroom with bath and shower. The apartment is new and has air-conditioning and heating.

Monday to Sunday: 2pm to 9pm

CHECK-IN: 2pm

CHECK-OUT: 11am

Check-in from 09.01 pm to 01.59 am will have a supplement of € 50.

It is absolutely forbidden to hold parties in the apartments.

Nulla da aggiungere, camera bellissima, con tutti i comfort. Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi da metro e fermata dei bus e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Rambla

Soggiorno confertevole, casa in ottime condizioni, unica pecca la strada per arrivare alla Rambla non troppo rassicurante.

L'appartamento molto pulito e ben organizzato,letti comodi e cucina ben equipaggiata. Ottimo il fatto della presenza della doccia e anche vasca in un bagno molto grande, ma sarebbe stato più utile il doppio bagno, dato il numero dei posti letto. Comunque in generale tutto bene.

Great stay at Charm suites Nou Rambla. Mark, at the reception , was very helpful. He even flagged down a taxi for us from across the street when we checked out with heavy suitcases. The apartment was huge and very clean. Lots of shops/eateries up the street at Av. Pararel . Walking distance to most attractions. On Saturdays, there is a small farmer's market on the street going towards the Columbus statue. Recommended !

The door to the small shower needs a good clean mould scum building up in it.

Attaccato alla metro e di fronte ad una discoteca (la sera/notte la movida di Barcellona si fa sentire anche se non da fastidio). Reception situata oltre l'angolo sulla via Av del Paral-lel. Ci hanno tenuto le valigie anche dopo il check-out senza costi, molto gentili. Appartamento pulito e spazioso (da 6-8 persone) anche se un solo bagno. Migliore rapporto qualità prezzo di Barcellona se si viaggia in gruppo.

We had the impression the appartment was a bit worn-out: showerheads were broken, shower was clogged up (taking a shower = flooded bathroom -> clear traces of soaked up water in the bathroom door). Kitchen equipment was very poor: not even a pot to boil stuff, no coffee machine, no dishcloths, no soap, ...). Remote of TV had no batteries, ... Outside of the building was very dirty (graffitis + mud/dust). Sunday evening/night was very noisy: we were in the side street in front of the Apolo nightclub... tough night... but luckily this stopped the days after. It's a pity because the appartment is very nice, very spacious, ... but it lacks a bit of decoration, a bit fresh paint would do miracles. With little effort the appartment could be so much nicer! Location is very good: 20 mintutes walk from Columbus statue where we took the hop-on-hopoff bus, 20 minutes to the Ramblas. The neigbourhood is "exotic" but nice. And Barcelona itself is one of the most beautiful cities in the world

Fantastic location, 5 minute walk from La Rambla, the metro station is literally on the street outside (Paral-lel). Didn't quite live up to the photos as the apartments were obviously dressed for the occasion but even so, the beds were comfy, the showers (2 of them) were hot and the WiFi was great for what we needed. Air con was a godsend. (No local charge.) There was a hairdryer too. We had a 2 bedroomed apartment and the square footage was vast so no falling over each other! The kitchen had everything we needed - sharp knife, corkscrew, toaster etc. Mugs were tiny so if you like your coffee in the morning take your own. Our apartment could have done with a bit of tlc (the bedside shelf fell off the wall when I put one of those tiny mugs on it!) and we looked forward to having a balcony and didn't get one. Could do with a scheduled cleaning service, we didn't get our beds changed and had to ask for clean towels. We had a fantastic time though and would use Charmsuites again.

More towels to be provided daily would of been good.

Buongiorno, il soggiorno nel complesso è andato bene, le foto su booking fanno sembrare l'appartamento molto più "nuovo". La cucina non è attrezzata di materie di prima necessità, caffè, zucchero, etc.. Grazie

Clean and tastefully presented. Fantastic bar called Marcopolo directly outside. About 15 minute walk to La Ramblas. Difficult to locate after dark! Rooms with 2 bedrooms would be better with an extra bathroom but for the price it was adequate. Shame about other residents being extremely noisy during our stay.

We really loved the location, you were very helpful at check-in, and the beds were comfy.The kitchen and bedrooms were nice, and the area felt safe. :)It was good value for money. We were disappointed that we did not have enough duvets (2 missing), and the 2 we had were dirty and stained without any covers available. We were also missing hairdryer despite specifically requesting. We were not impressed by the bathroom, as the shower attachment was broken so we could not attach it, also there was no toilet brush, and it generally needs a spruce up.

Great and Clean apartment for the price paid, location was pretty good had macdonalds and subway really close by but also the metro station was very close, just the only 1 thing that was annoying was the club in front of the apartment which was on till 4.30am so if your a early night person and sleeping in the lounge this might be annoying.

Really pleased with our stay! The apartments are ideal for bigger groups, and a rest location. The external facilities could be a little more inviting, but this is a minor detail. Very happy customers.

The wifi was temperamental as you had to put the security cone in every time you resented the apartment.More kitchen accessories would have been useful tea towels,cleaning products oven gloves and a egg flipper.Small things in the kitchen that made things slightly easier.

Brilliant location for groups of friends. Very close to metro and bus lines. Easy access to La Rambla and beach. Everything is less than 15 minutes away.

Barcelona é uma cidade espetacular. A localização do apartamento é excelente, metro a 50m, próximo das Ramblas e das praias. O atendimento muito eficiente. Recomendo.

All 5 of us Ladies enjoyed our stay at Charmsuities, they helped us with any problem we had. We felt safe their. The WiFi didn,t work that good, but not that big of a problem,we were on vacation. Would stay there again.

Lovely apartments! The location is very good, near the sights. The rooms are spacious, clean, there is a kitchen. A small minus - the room is cool. In general, very much.

The room was very nice, and the reception at check - in/out was nice as well. Looking forward to using it again next time.
